The 1928 Book of Common Prayer

The file BCP.pdb is the e-book file for the 1928 Book of Common Prayer. This is the file you will install on your PDA. To install and read the book on your PDA, you must first install eReader (formerly called PalmReader) version 2.4 or later. Some fonts and formats will not display correctly with earlier versions of the reader. You can download eReader at www.ereader.com. Both the Standard (free) and Pro (not so free) versions will work. There are versions available for both Palm and PPC devices and also versions that will allow you to read the pdb file on your Windows or Mac desktop computer. The book was formatted with small font and no margins, and will look best when viewed with those settings.

The file Christian Year.xls is an Excel workbook that calculates the dates of the various Sundays and other major days in the Christian year. I have included this workbook because it was not possible to format the BCP calendar tables for inclusion in the e-book and because it's much easier to have the computer do the calculations anyway. The workbook includes a page of instructions for its use. This workbook not only works with your desktop Excel software, but is verified to be compatible with Documents to Go v.6, 7 and 9, and should be compatible with other versions of DTG as well as other PDA spreadsheet software.
